Customer Liaison Manager - Redhill

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Liaison Manager to join an impressive and growing national based organisation. This role will be based in Redhill and you will be sole point of contact for the vehicle policy holder. You will follow the process from beginning to end ensuring the customer is kept up to date throughout the stages of repair.
What you will be doing? -
You will be responsible for arranging courtesy cars for customers before greeting them in a professional manner and completing and checking all relevant documents. You will evaluate the damage to the vehicle and adjust the labour/parts where required before passing to the workshop with the relevant parts to ensure a smooth repair. Continually checking the both the quality of work and progress you will update the customer throughout each step advising them of any changes. You will then arrange collection and complete all paperwork following the return of the courtesy car, checking for any issues. Invoices will be raised by yourself and information will be sent to the insurer.

The company are looking for someone who has experience within a similar role. They want someone who is motivated and always has a smile on their face. You will need to be approachable to customers and ensure you build a rapport with them, giving updates along the way. You must have excellent organisational and time management skills as the role can be quite fast paced. Good computer skills and attention to detail are essential as you will be taking payments. A background in the automobile industry and a good level of technical knowledge on cars is essential.
A driving license would be ideal but if you do not have one please still apply!
The hours for this role are Monday - Friday 8.30-5.30 and you will be required to work 1 in 3 Saturdays (1/2 a day).
