If so, I have a great position for you based at the brand-new site in East Grinstead!

First, let me tell you more about the company themselves.

Our client is an award winner based in the South East of England; an approved repairer of major leading UK insurance companies and vehicle manufacturers, they pride themselves on the passion they hold for their customers and the service they provide. Holding the BSI kite mark at all sites, only the best techniques and technicians will do for them!

As a Production Customer Liaison Manager, you will be working closely with the BodyShop you will ensure that the customer's experience is one of a kind. In addition to providing a consistent line of communication to the customer, duties will include:

  • Arranging for a courtesy car and collection/delivery of the repaired vehicle
  • Evaluating damage against i-image estimate
  • Adjust labour parts where required
  • Liaise with workshop
  • Carry out a quality check on work being complete
  • Complete paperwork such as CSI forms, invoices, target cost spreadsheet and insurer portal

And the Package?

An annual salary of up to £35,000, pension scheme and 20 days' holiday plus bank holidays would be yours! There is also a Christmas party and other social events for you too!

Am I right for the role?

You will be proactive and customer focussed, with great knowledge of auto repair and will ideally have the following:

  • Ability to 'own' workload
  • Experienced in working to deadlines with good time management skills
  • Great attention to detail, with strong organisation and multi-tasking abilities
  • IT literacy skills

Whilst knowledge of Advance BodyShop System in an advantage, it is not essential, however having an upbeat and friendly personality with a confident telephone manner is the kind of person we are looking for to fill this position.
