We are currently recruiting for a Customer Liaison Manager/Adminisntrator to join an impressive and growing national based organisation specialising in vehicle repair. Based in Redhill, your role will be acting as the sole contact for policy holders and guide them through the company processing ensuring that they always know exactly what is happening with their car and not having to chase for an update.
What you will be doing -
The responsibilities of the role are arranging courtesy cars, greeting customers in a professional manner and completing documents with them. You will evaluate vehicle damage on the internal system, arrange parts and repairs with the Bodyshop team and raise invoices whilst organising deliveries.
What would they like from you?
A successful candidate will be customer focused and must have great organisational skills. Someone who can really take pride in their work. The ability to multitask and time manage is also key. They would like someone that is upbeat, friendly and IT literate with good attention to detail as you will be taking payments.
A driving license would be ideal but if you do not have one please still apply or contact Jo at the Havant branch.
The hours for this role are Monday - Friday 8.30am-5.30pm and you will be required to work 1 in 2 Saturdays (8am - 12pm)
