Customer Sales Representative
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work within a well-established financial services company based in Warrington on a permanent basis. This company are expanding and looking for someone who wants to grow with the company. They want someone to be confident in themselves and help with suggestions on ways to improve as well as being able to develop your own skills, all with a smile on your face! You would be a name and not just a number here, each day will be different all within a friendly and social atmosphere.
Role Responsibilities -
Your job role will include you contacting new and existing customers, following up leads from direct marketing and brokers to promote the company products and services. This will include building a relationship with existing customers and getting the nest deals for renewal of expiring policies. As you will be working within a regulated business, quality results are achieved through a focus on applying both internal policies and producers together with those of the regulator. You will need to consistently achieve all sales/conversion targets (these will be very realistic!) by building rapport with customers as well as the dealer network, maintaining a friendly, empathetic, and professional telephone manner.
This role involves a lot of confidential information including customer financial situations, therefore you will need to gather the correct information in a sensitive manner to ensure the customer is getting the correct product for them before filling in the applications.
You may be asked to contribute to meetings and discussions to ensure the agreed team objectives and targets are achieved. You need to be proactive in resolving customer and colleague issues ensuring work is completed to a high standard, always looking for ways to improve.
You will need strong verbal and written communication skills and be confident on computers. You must have experience of working within a targeted environment where fast paced outbound calls were carried out.
The hours of work for this role are between 9am - 7pm Monday - Friday and 9 - 5 Saturday (every other with a day off in the week)
PLEASE NOTE - you will only work 37.5 hours per week throughout these times and on a rostered basis.
