Are you looking for a Customer Service Administrator position that can utilise your existing skills? We are currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator for a large Fleet Management company in Portsmouth. This role will be reporting directly into a Customer Service Team Manager and you will be responsible for providing high levels of customer service and administrative support to the company's client base.

What will you be doing?
- You will be responsible for providing customer support to a series of key accounts through liaison via email or telephone communication (70% email, 30% telephony)
- Build strong working relationships with external and internal customers.
- Champion the customer's interests by solving problems, resolving uncertainty and liaising with internal teams and the customer to ensure a complete resolution service

The salary for this role is £17500 rising to £21500 after completion of a successful training programme.
