We are seeking a well experienced Customer Service Advisor to work for our friendly and well-established client in the Chichester area. This is role is a fixed term maternity contract for 12 months starting immediately.
Successful applicant will be used to working in a fast-paced environment and have either worked in a customer service role in an office environment or within Retail.
Our client offers a friendly, lively and stimulating environment within a fun and interesting product.
Your duties will be handling customer service issues, maintaining an accurate database of correspondence and outcome of customers issues, managing all ingoing and outgoing post across the business, liaising with various department to resolve issues, assisting in the smooth running of the department, advising clients of delays and also processing, placing orders and credits for the clients.
An NVQ in Customer Service would be an additional benefit, but not essential.
Our client's benefits include a competitive salary of up to £17,000, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays and free parking. Hours are Mon to Fri 9.00 - 5.00.
