FPR Group are recruiting for an excisting new role based in Hilsea in Portsmouth. This company is well established and a great place to work. If you have a background in Customer Service and Distribution Administration, then we would like to hear from you.
As a Customer Service & Distribution Administrtor your responsibilities will be as follows:
To process customers
To Liaise with planning office
To orgianise transport and complete orders
To orgianise the transport of the imported products
To lisiase with customer for any matters/queries concerning their orders and initial enquires
Your responsibility as a Customer Service & Distribuition Administrator is to esnure that all incoming orders are processed as quickly as possible and passed to the planning office when products are not available. To contact transport companies via email so to orgianise the shipment of completed orders within the UK, Ireland and Europe. You will also be responsible that the stock items for the imported products do not exceed the level required to satisfy the demand. On a weekly basis you will need to report the summary of sales to the compnay directors,
Fulltime - Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5,00pm
25 days per annum excluding bank holidays
