Customer Service Executive - Mandarin Speaker
We are looking for a Mandarin Speaker to become a Customer Service Executive, joining a world-class manufacturing company based in New Milton. If you're personable, a great communicator, strong-willed, and can communicate in Mandarin then this is the role for you! This position comes with a competitive salary and fantastic benefits.
What will I be doing?
You will be primarily responsible for the day-to-day management of customer accounts in China, providing customers with accurate information about their order at each stage of the process, dealing with any difficulties or complaints along the way. You will need to liaise with different departments across the business and conduct problem solving tasks with internal teams in order to ensure a smooth service for the customer.
What do I need?
As you will be in communication with the business based in China, you will be strong communication skills in Mandarin as well as strong communication skills in English. Personality is a huge aspect of this role; you should have excellent attention to detail and a strong, personable character.
