Customer Service Manager
Do you have experience working closely with clients, providing excellent customer service? Are you good at relationship management and business development? If so, this may be the role for you!
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Manager to work for a well known Construction company based in Braintree. You will provide a customer focussed link between the customer, business development team and operation to ensure customer enquiries are reported, managed and dealt with in the most effective ad timely way. This will be within the Telecoms, Lighting and Outdoor Media industries for the company.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:-
You will receive client enquiries either direct or from Operations via telephone and email. You will need to obtain as much information on the project as possible before logging enquiries onto the CRM system, making the relevant BD Manager aware.
You will liaise with the Operations teams and Business Development teams to gain estimates of the costs of projects and provide a customer quote before following this up and obtaining a PO.
You will develop business relationships and the reputation with existing clients as well as understanding the resource requirements to deliver projects successfully. You will also manage and develop the Customer Service team to ensure they have a deep understanding and knowledge of products and provide support the Business Development Managers and Director.
You will require the following skills and experience:-
- Excellent attention to detail & organisational skills
- High standard of written English
- Able to work to strict deadlines
- Proven Sales or Customer facing experience.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills.
- Understanding of telecoms and lighting accessories/products (not essential)
- Confident in computer systems
- A clean driving license.
