Job Description

Are you a highly organised experienced Contact Centre Team Leader who is looking for a role on a part time basis? If so they our client in Portsmouth is looking for you to work in a rare job share position with an existing team leader. This role will require the successful applicant to work 18.5 hours per week on a Wednesday afternoon, Thursday and Friday.

This position is responsible for providing effective leadership of the Customer Service Department on behalf of the company and its clients.

Within this role you will be expected to effectively lead, manage and motivate a Customer Service team to deliver an amazing customer experience whilst meeting and exceeding clients expectations and achieving all client and regulated service level agreements and KPIs.

We don't need to tell you that to be successful in this role you need to be highly organised, approachable and great with people, so we will just major on the fact that you will be working in a great team, in our modern offices with free tea/coffee supported by a great management team.

The ideal Candidate:

To be suitable for this role you must have the following qualifications:

  • Cert Regulated Complaint Handling, Certificate in Compliance or equivalent.
  • CII Advanced Diploma in Insurance, Associate and Fellow of CILA or equivalent.

As well as this you will need to have previous call centre team leader experience, along with strong experience in call monitoring & coaching.
