Customer Service/Admin Assistance
Working for a high end manufacturing company based on the outskirts of central Portsmouth. Due to expansion and new contracts our client is looking for an administrative assistance and Customer Service specialist.
Your new role will consist of you working in a bright friendly office, ensuring all administration duties are completed efficiently and precisely, as well as having customer interaction by phone, email or letter. Speaking in both English and Italian languages you will be an integral member of and excellent team ensuring that the company manufacturing products are invoiced correctly, keeping document orders up to date and more of all 100% customer service.
- Previous Administration Experience
- Previous Customer Service Experience
- English and Italian languages spoken
- Able to use Word and Excel Packages
