Job Description

Customer Service Coordinator - Excellent Company!

Reporting to the Customer Services Manager, you will be responsible for providing high levels of customer service and support to the company's customer base.

What will you be doing?

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of allocated customer accounts through liaison with internal departments. You will provide timely, accurate and reliable information to customers at each stage of the process; this includes enquiries, orders, deliveries, appointments and complaints.

Part of the role involves building strong relationships with external and internal customers, sometimes leading meetings on and off site to review Account status and support new business development. This will mean you will get to show your customer service skills to their full potential.

You will deliver accurate and timely input and maintenance of customer orders and schedules and perform sales order reviews on all sales orders.

The role involves assisting in the export license application system and maintaining the export license databases when needed and monitoring/reporting on delivery performance. This will be key when producing and assisting in the production of business analysis data to highlight any trends and identify improvement opportunities.
