Customer Support AdvisorPart Time - 20 hours

We are currently looking for Customer Support Advisor's to provide technical support to customers entering the store of a well-known mobile phone company. The company have been voted the best UK network and currently have around 444 million customers! You really would be working with the best in the industry.
The company are a telecommunications company who cover the whole of the UK. They are passionate about what they do, so they are ideally looking for someone who is equally as passionate and enthusiastic about technology and telecommunication products.
What will you be doing?
You will be the face of the business so be first point of contact for all customers entering the store. You will provide a high level of customer service and technical support both face to face and over the phone, showing each customer how to make the most out of the products they are purchasing whilst answering any queries they may have. You will get continuous training on new products to ensure your knowledge is up to date assisting you in providing a top class service.
What will you get out of it?
The role is temporary ongoing with a salary of £9.12 per hour.
They are flexible with the hours you work so would be more than happy to discuss this with you in interview to come to an agreement that fits round you both.
