We are recruiting for a dynamic Customer Support Engineer to join a leading and well established aviation organisation based in the Portsmouth off the A27.
As a Customer Support Engineer you will fundamentally provide technical and commercial support to meet customer requirements ensuring compliance and the highest industry standards are met.

What Do I Need?
This will suit someone who has a qualification in an engineering discipline (e.g. HNC, HND, degree etc) and has worked within a customer facing role within engineering.
Knowledge of aviation or aerospace would be ideal, BUT, other industries will be considered providing they are transferable.
If you are dynamic and a team player you will fit well into the team.

This is an office based role, but you'll now and again be able to visit customers to evaluate their needs, turn around times and build rapport, get involved with technical compliance, technical documentation, provide technical advice to the customer, participate in defect investigations and incident report investigations etc. There is a good team there already who will support you moving forwards and with the right work ethic you can enjoy a prosperous career path within the company.
