Customer Support Representative - Contract until Oct 2020

We are currently looking for a Customer Support Representative to work for a large Aerospace company in Fareham. This role will be supporting the team to provide the best levels of customer service, ensuring jobs are booked in correctly and any issues resolved at first point of contact.

The company designs and manufactures aviation parts for both the civil and defence industries, they are a global company which deal with companies all across the world.

What will you be doing?

You will be efficiently and responsively coordinating the customer requirements, managing every single task linked to the commercial Front Office activity and dealing with cost control. You will deal with daily customer queries coming into the team by both phone and email where you would decide on the best solution depending on the customer needs. The role includes raising contract amendments, commercial offers/contract reviews and completing of the corporate and customer's KPI's on a weekly and monthly basis.

You will manage the order book and provide the customer with updates, reply to claims, deal with any complaints and challenge technical quotes to ensure the best value for money for the customer as well as going out to visit the customer when needed. You will deal with invoices and credit notes and raise quotations in line with the company policy.

Ensuring that products and services meet the requirements of customers, quality standards and airworthiness authorities, this role will involve managing front of house activity. You will induct engines, modules in the maintenance centre and auxiliary power units/accessories in the repair centre whilst monitoring indicators relevant to area of activity.

The company is looking for someone who is confident with dealing with their own workload of clients. They want a problem solver who has experience with working with customers. You need to be a good communicator and be confident with using computer systems (SAP is an advantage but not necessary). You must have good attention to detail and good at multitasking.

It would advantageous if you have a background within aerospace, marine, engineering, facilities or similar.
