We are looking for an individual with a strong customer excellence focused background. Joining our client who are specialists in the lighting industry, we need an individual with a great technical mindset and a good understanding of engineering processes. This individual will be supporting specialist accounts, so customer support and communication is key. We need an individual who leads with the phone whilst customer communication and satisfaction as at the front of everything you do.
What will I be doing?
You will be providing technical support and technical advice to specialist accounts to ensure projects get off to a good start and finish in satisfactory circumstances. You will be closely working with the internal Sales Teams to ensure project timescales are met correctly. You will be responsible for keeping the customer in the loop and ensuring that any updates are relayed back to them. This role will naturally come with administration work, where you will be operating an internal CRM platform to ensure product and resource availability in line with the customer and project requirements.
What do I need?
- 3+ years' experience in a customer facing support role demonstrating strong telephony communicational skills.
- Previous engineering / technical experience.
- Flexible schedule as this role will involve travel away sometimes, this could be UK based or potentially overseas.
- Willingness to learn and adapt skillset.
- Customer service driven mindset.
- Keen and motivated attitude.
The Package: This role is paying up to £32,000 per annum and comes with loads of additional benefits. The main benefit being flexible hybrid working, you will be required to go into office at least twice a week.
