A large employer in the Crawley area is recruiting for a deputy manager to work across a group of homes based within close proximity of each other.
The services all cater for adults with learnign disabilities with each having between 6-8 residents who have various learning disabilites.
You must have the flexibiltiy to work across multiple homes and be able to organise and delegate, sometimes at short notice. You will be filling in for managers at the homes so you must be a great communicator and have sufficient working knowledge of the care industry.
You will be working with lots of different people and staff teams and gaining excellent experience, plus you will be put through the NVQ management qualification in your first year of employment. The NVQ 3 qualification is preferred so that you can work towards the level 5.
You will be working for a well established employer with multiple services so there is a viewpoint of you progressing towards a management role.
