Job Description

Are you a Design Engineer with experience in manufacturing? Are you looking to grow your skillset and learn things such as programming? If so, this exciting opportunity could be for you!

This Design Engineer role, working for a company based in Andover, is a very exciting opportunity. The role is offering a working week of 8:30am - 5pm, Monday to Thursday, with an early finish of 4pm. The role is also paying a salary of up to £46,000 based on experience.

This role will see the successful candidate working within a team of 2, being the more senior, supervisory position. The role will involve design and creating test equipment to test motors and products, whilst also supporting the test equipment already being used. There will also be the require to manage and manipulate data, reporting this to other departments to help with fault finding and correcting errors. Liaising with other departments is also key to ensure that testing is aligned and understood properly.

You will need:

• A degree (or equivalent) relating to engineering

• Experience within a manufacturing environment

• Willingness and drive to learn new skills

• To be flexible within a working environment

• A keen eye to detail

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Exceptional communication skills
