We are looking for a Research & Development Engineer with experience across the engineering/manufacturing industries to join our client in Fareham who are specialists in the design and manufacture of filtration and separation equipment for a broad range of industries including, Aerospace, Chemical Processing, Nuclear and Semiconductor. Being a Research & Development Engineer, you will be supporting multiple departments in various countries in the development of new and existing products.

What will I be doing?

Working as a Research and Development Engineer, you will be expected to support up to 3/4 projects at any given time, being a highly adaptable individual, using previous experience you will be contributing more towards the development of newer products but no one day is the same as another so you need to be flexible, adaptable and reliable. With a technical mind-set, as-well as developing products, you will be further supporting processes and technology.

What do I need?

• Engineering degree in a relevant field is required. (Mechanical or Chemical degrees preferred).
• Ideally 3-5 years' experience of developing new products and supporting existing.
• Can do Attitude
• Excellent communication skills

• An adaptable mind-set to work across multiple sites and multiple countries.
• A technical competence with drive and motivation to see projects through until the end.
