We are looking for an experienced Distribution Coordinator to join our client in Havant. Our client is a leader in their industry for the manufacturing and distributing of their equipment. Being in the business for over 70+ years, they are certainly an experienced company. This role will see you work Monday through to Friday, working approx. 38 hours. Overtime is available weekly and on weekends, up to 10+ hours available. You will be expected to work the final weekend of each month to support the order book.

What will I be doing?
This opportunity will see you join the Distribution department, you will be dealing with a handful of clients in a fast moving, busy environment where you will be supporting their orders after the sales team have completed them. You will be tasked with following the order through the internal system, understand what parts are available and ready, liaising with internal departments such as the Warehouse team to ensure the order gets prepared, packed and sent out on-time for the client. You will support the client be liaising order information and timings to them.

What do I need?

• Previous distribution experience is a must have.
• Experience with ERP related systems.
• The ability to work in a very busy environment at a high pace.
• Be able to manage your own work load which consists of several clients.
• A keen and motivated attitude to learn and adapt.
• A positive approach to be a team player and support you team.

The Package: We are open to salary discussions depending on experience. Overtime is time and a half on Saturdays and double time on Sundays. Contributory pension scheme, free parking on site etc…
