Electrical Instrument Engineer

Spark your career in the Chemical and Process Industries! Are you a talented electrical engineer looking for a new challenge? Our client in the Chemical and Process industries is seeking an experienced Electrical Instrument Engineer to join their dynamic team of 4. You'll be working on the creation of bespoke electrical equipment, collaborating with teams overseas and maintaining current equipment.

What Will You Be Doing?

As an Electrical Instrument Engineer, you'll use your impressive electrical experience to wire up electrical panels for the company's instruments. Your role will be hands-on and require you to crimp wires and complete soldering using specific hand tools to manufacture bespoke equipment. With your out-of-the-box thinking and problem-solving skills, you'll be able to fault-find and source solutions for any issues that arise.

What do I need?

  • An apprenticeship in Electrical Engineering is a must have.
  • A few years' experience in a similar role explaining the above features is necessary.
  • The ability to fault find and find solutions to issues. Fix these accordingly.
  • Must be able to use hand-tools, both soldering and crimping manually.
  • A cool mindset to maintain your own workload and keep on top of everything.
  • Great organisational skills.

The Package:
This exciting role is offering a highly competitive salary between £29,000 - £38,000, 25 days annual leave, a buy/sell holiday scheme, life assurance, a pension scheme (up to 10%), internal training/development, and much more!
