Engine Maintenance Technician

You will essentially be analysing, inspecting and reporting on the status of the engine and it's requirements as they come in for repair, identify works and perform level 1 maintenance on the engines and modules as required. You would be responsible for updating the SAP system and writing up a report on the engine, some of your role could involve speaking with customers as needed so you will need good communication skills as well as the ability to liaise with various internal departments.You will receive intense, detailed training which would see you spending some time in Europe (more more than 1 week at any one time) to ensure you are confident on the engines they maintain.
What do I need?
Having experience with helicopter engines is fundamental, able to take them apart and inspect. On top of your engine experience you will have a desire to always improve yourself and engineer further opportunities. The hiring manager wants an engineer who will be asking to learn more and continuously expand his/her skill base - so character, drive and ambition are key!!You would need to be confident on computers with strong communication skills and a desire to learn.
