Executive Assistant

£28,000 - £35,000 DOE

Fareham, Hampshire

Are you an Executive Assistant with high level organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure, a fantastic opportunity has arisen to support the Divisional President of a global company based in Fareham. A unique opportunity not to be missed, make sure you are the first to apply.

The role:

The main purpose of the role is to to be an experienced professional. You will be required to manage calendar, agenda, travel, coordination of leadership functions and division communication. Self-motivated and highly organised professional with ability to work within fast paced organisation, with strong communication skills.

The Duties and responsibilities of this position are:

  • The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Handling and responding to all correspondence including emails, letters and phone call.
  • Scheduling appointments/meetings and managing diaries
  • Making travel and hotel arrangements
  • Plan conference calls
  • Taking meeting notes, preparing minutes and distributing accordingly
  • Prepare expense claims and submitting to Finance for payment
  • You will have a good understanding of project management, have a flexible approach to working hours, and possess thorough attention to detail. You will be self-motivated as well as a team player with strong knowledge surrounding clerical skills
  • Ability to travel abroad occasionally.

Qualifications and experience:

  • Professional and friendly demeanour, strong communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, good organisation skills
  • Discretion and tact
  • Good understanding of word, excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask efficiently
  • Proven work experience in handling correspondence, including sensitive information


  • Qualification in business support and business administration


  • Monday - Friday office based but will be required to also be on call outside of working hours


  • £28,000 - £35,000 DOE
