The Role: As a Production Operative, you will play a vital role in their manufacturing process, shaping the success of their operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating and maintaining machinery and equipment in adherence to standards and procedures.
• Monitoring the production line to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
• Performing quality checks and inspections to guarantee that the products meet specifications.
• Assisting with material handling, inventory management, and various general production tasks.

To thrive in this role, we are seeking individuals who possess the following:

• Previous manufacturing experience with the desire to develop
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering work of the highest quality.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Choose from two rewarding shift options: four days on and four days off, 07:00-19:00, offering a competitive rate of £12.74 per hour OR four nights on and four nights off, 19:00-07:00, offering a rate of £14.78 per hour.
