A well established market leading organisation seeks an experienced operational leader to lead their teams at an impressive scientific facility based near to Fareham in Hampshire.
This General Manager position will pay up to £80,000 as well as various benefits such as private medical insurance, permanent health insurance and medical cash, mobile phone, car allowance etc.

As General Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of the business and will ensure the structure, policies and systems and processes are in place and effectively managed to deliver customer satisfaction, financial stability, growth of the business within the appropriate standards required by the organisations regulatory authorities such as MHRA, Home Office, FDA and current best practices.
So what Do I Need?
To be suitable in this role you'll need to be from a Toxicology or microbiology background, have significant experience behind you at operations level and it would be advantageous for the candidate to hold a formal qualification such as a relating degree or masters for example.
This position is commutable from, Portsmouth, Southampton, Fareham, Havant, Gosport, Winchester and other surrounding areas within Hampshire.
