We are looking for a Graduate Mechanical Engineer who stands out from the crowd, someone who would thrive in a fast-paced environment and would love to be mentored by experienced Engineers, working in high value/low volume production environment. As a Graduate Engineer you would be working closely with Aerospace Account Managers and Business Managers, this is the type of company where you will get to work with and be trained by passionate engineers
You would be working with interesting mechanical products and complex projects, supplying to prestigious clients within Aviation/Aerospace manufacturing.
You will obviously need to have a recent degree in Mechanical Engineering (ideally 2:1 or above) and a natural drive to solve problems and seek solutions, your main role would be to support the Aerospace Account and Business Managers, supporting the team in the creation of proposals for new business, your role would also involve obtaining technical and commercial data to support the submission of quotations, create quotations for repeat business. You would be supporting the Aerospace Business Manager with customer, product and market analysis, creating and updating of Aerospace sales quotation/applications funnel, preparation of customers questionnaires and surveys.
The salary is circa £25,000 per annum and they offer excellent career potential. Benefits include 25 days holiday, flexible working hours, Child Care vouchers, free parking and shopping discounts. Working in Fareham near the motorway for an easy commute.
