Due to high demand we are looking to recruit HCA's, Care Assistants and Support Workers in the WEST SUSSEX region. Day and night shifts are available in Residential, Nursing Homes and Learning Disability Homes supporting various client groups depending on your experiences and preferences.
The shifts we can offer will be located in the Chichester, Emsworth, Selsey, West Witterings, Arundel, Bognor Regis, Lancing, Worthing, Littlehampton and Midhurst areas, to name but a few which means we can offer variety; placing your for shifts in different locations or keep you in one location if you prefer . Our clients are warm, friendly and require regular staff and continuity. Therefore, this is ideal if you love to be part of a team. Many of our clients have been working with us for years and we have very good working relationships with them.
As an experienced HCA, you will ideally be patient, kind, empathetic with a cheerful demeanor and be able to multi-task and think quickly. Being a good listener and able to relate to people from a wide variety of backgrounds is key. Being able to drive is not essential as most of our clients are located on good public transport routes. Unfortunately, due to the Covid 19 crisis, we are unable to take on any unexperienced applicants at this time.
This position is ideal for those of you who to wish to top up your existing hours and enhance your current salary or just work the odd shift to suit your lifestyle.
