HR Administrator - Up to £20,000
Located on the outskirts of Chichester, our client is a successful food producer and retailer to the largest national supermarkets.
They are recruiting for an Administrator to provide efficient administrative support to the Human Resources team.
You will have solid experience of working in an office environment in an administrative capacity, have excellent team working skills and are able to plan and organise your own workload. In addition you will have great attention to detail, with the ability to manage a high level of accuracy at all times.
Experience of working with payroll would be desirable but is not essential.
Main duties and responsibilities include:
- Providing general administrative support to the HR team
- Administering weekly and monthly payroll
- Supporting managers with the recruitment process
- Completing the new starter processes
- Recording company sickness and absences
