FPR Group are recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor to work for my prestigious client based within the Chichester area.
We are looking for a proactive individual who is capable of delivering professional and business-focussed HR advice, guidance and support to staff and managers. It is important that the ideal candidate has 5 years HR experience, with 2 years at HR Advisor or generalist level. Ideally you will also have achieved CIPD Level 5.
You will be a professional individual with great communication skills and the ability to build relationships. Our ideal candidate will have excellent written skills and IT Skills that allows you to produce accurate and timely documentation. You will be used to working in a fast paced environment and be able to prioritise work as well as managing a large workload.
This role would be the perfect opportunity for someone who thrives on projects and new challenges within an HR environment. In this role you will be the 'go to' person for staff and managers, as well as managing the HR team when necessary. Within the role you will also undertake tasks such as conducting leavers' interviews, leading 'end to end' recruitment, and managing, advising and supporting the process for disciplinary, grievance and absence, through to conclusion if necessary. You will be advising, guiding and coaching on HR policies, procedures and sharing best practice.
