Job Description

HR Advisor - Great Company with fast progression!

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work within a well-established financial services company based in Warrington on a permanent basis. This company are expanding and looking for someone who wants to grow with the company. They are looking for someone to initially join as a HR Advisor with the view to move quickly into the role of HR Manager.

They are looking for someone who is able to influence and engage in areas of responsibility, achieving results through others and focusses on the success of others. This can include supporting on people related issues, HR procedures, employment law and practices.

Role Responsibilities -

You will be responsible for communicating the HR strategy and supporting the implementation in areas of responsibility. You will work with line and middle managers to understand their objectives and provide HR solutions with the objections in mind whilst protecting the business. You will look for ways in which HR can continuously improve and carry out necessary checks and audits, reporting any outcomes.

The role will involve you providing regular feedback to colleagues and internal customers whilst keeping up to date on currently legislations and HR practices/Procedures, training managers if needed in this. Within the role you will contribute to meetings and discussions including the Employee forum. You will make quality decisions within the framework of the role and have the customer at the forefront of the decision making process. You will proactively work to resolve customer and colleague issues and look to improve performance not only to yourself, but for the business and your colleagues, always ensuring a understanding of business goals.

Your Experience-

You will need to have good general HR knowledge and an understanding of HR policies and procedures. You must have used computer systems (Microsoft) and be comfortable in learning new databases.

You will need to have worked within a HR role at an Administrator, Officer or Advisor level and be used to a fast paced environment.

The hours of work for this role are between 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday, however due to nature of the role you may need to be flexible on occasion.

PLEASE NOTE - You do not necessarily need to have achieved your CIPD qualification if you have experience.
