A great opportunity to work within a well-established financial services company, based in Warrington on a permanent basis. This company are looking for someone who want to grow with the company and can hit the ground running. They are looking for someone who is experienced within a busy HR function, has a strong eye and care for detail, able support the Head of HR by way of people related issues, HR procedures, employment law and practises.

Role Responsibilities-

You will provide professional support to the HR team, through the development and maintenance of administrative processes across the full HR function, providing first line advice across the business and upholding HR systems. You will also have a focus on continuous improvement, looking to better processes to meet the changing business needs of a growing organisation.

As the new HR team member will own administrative processes and make sure that they are completed in a timely and accurate manner which will include the production of contracts, letters and minutes. You will also be responsible for monitoring various inboxes, updating trackers, creating monthly reports, liaising with third party suppliers and offering policy based and first advice across the business as well as also supporting the Payroll Administrator. You will also assist with appraisals, pay reviews and help Line Managers with their recruitment.

Continuous improvements are a key part of this role, able to identify and improve both your own performance, but also that of others and throughout the business. You will contribute to meetings and discussions, ensuring that agreed objectives and targets are met in line with the company's values and behaviours,

Who are they looking for?

They are looking for an experienced HR individual; you will have worked in a busy HR support role before, ideally with experience in payroll too and will have strong computer skills, particularly using Microsoft Office. You will be organised, passionate about accuracy and detail, with a continuous improvement mindset.

This is a Monday - Friday role, working 37.5 hours per week. Given the nature of this role, there is likely to be instances where flexibility would be required from time to time!
