I am currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Executive to work for an established and world renowned company who specialise in image processing. Imaging and image processing play a key role in mobile communications, are the basis for innovations such as autonomous driving and airborne drones, and are at the heart of industrial automation solutions for vehicle traffic management and quality inspection. My clients team supports clients in the selection of optimal image sensors, optics, and lighting, so that blood glucose meters provide accurate levels, and sharp images are provided to self-parking systems.
Your responsibilities will be to sell solutions to existing and new customers covering the UK, Ireland and Nordic countries. You will work closely in conjunction with Head of Sales, External Sales and Field Application Engineers to increase business and awareness of the company. This is an office based role and you will primarily be dealing with customers by telephone and email however at times be involved in on-site customer meetings. You will also arrange offsite meetings with customers and potential customers for the External Sales team to follow up.
You will effectively identify and qualify sales leads, preparing and following up quotations, producing sales information, and recording sales.
You will ideally have previous internal sales experience in a B2B or B2C role.
An understanding or interest of industrial imaging and machine vision is advantageous but not essential.
The primary requirement is that you have a passion for sales and that you are confident in your ability to plan sales activities and deliver high quality customer service, maintaining sound relationships with customers, sales partners and colleagues.
You will have fantastic oral and written communication, be driven and goal orientated.
You must have a qualification to at least A-Level / HNC level with relevant experience or recent degree in science/ business or related discipline.
Salary - £23-28K PLUS bonus structure, commensurate to any relevant previous experience.
Holiday - 25 days PLUS bank holidays.
Hours - 37.5pw 09:00-17:30
Location - This role is currently based in Camberley, however within 6 months will be based in Havant.
