Graduate / Junior Mechanical Engineer to work in Quality
£22000 - £25000/annum training, flexible hours, gym, parking - Fareham (close to the motorway)
We are looking for a Junior or Graduate Quality Engineer who is looking advance their career in Engineering - you could be working for a fast-growing company who value and notice their employees. They supply the aviation/aerospace and nuclear industry and design/manufacture high-end engineering solutions.
You would be working with interesting mechanical products supplying to prestigious clients within Aviation/Aerospace manufacturing.
The salary would range from £22000 to £25,000 per annum depending on your experience/qualifications, they offer excellent career potential. Benefits include 5 weeks holiday, flexible working hours, Child Care vouchers, free parking and shopping discounts. Working in Fareham near the motorway for an easy commute.
This would suit someone who could thrive in a fast-paced environment and would love to work in a high value/low volume production facility, confident speaking to team members and other departments.
You will need to be the sort of person who shows initiative and a strong problem-solving ethos.
A team player who is keen to learn and excited about Engineering. You would start out in Quality and works towards becoming a Quality Engineer, this would give you a great basis to explore other areas of Engineering in the future or to start your career in Quality.
You will need to have a Qualification in Mechanical Engineering (or along those lines).
So either a Degree in Mechanical Engineering (ideally 2:1 or above) OR an apprenticeship/HND/BTEC/NVQ in Mechanical Engineering and some work based experience
