Our company, based in Portchester, is a globally recognised brand with a wide range of Injection Moulding machines on-site, both new and older models. This exciting role offers a competitive salary of £32,760, including shift uplift. You'll be working on a double day shift, Monday to Friday, from 6 am to 2 pm and 2 pm to 10 pm.

As a Junior Injection Mould Setter, you'll be responsible for approximately 5 machine setups per day. You'll work alongside experienced colleagues to ensure everything is correctly prepared. The machines you'll be working with can range from half a tonne to 6 tonnes in capacity.

What qualifications do you need to excel in this role?

• Basic knowledge of Plastic Injection Mould processes.
• Some experience in setting injection mould machines.
• Strong communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
