Learner Support Worker - 38 wks per year, Seaford

You will be joining a fantastic staff team of enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about working with people with learning disabilities. Your job as a Learner Support Worker will involve working under specific supervision and guidance of education and therapy teams to support the teaching and learning activities of children both in the school and in the community. The children you will be working with have a range of complex needs and learning disabilities. The aim is to promote inclusion of all children ensuring they have equal access to opportunities to become as independent as possible.
To be considered for this job you must have experience of working with children and/or in an educational setting. You will have experience of working with people with learning disabilities and be positive about working with people with learning disabilities. .
This rewarding role is full time; Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm. You will be working 38 weeks a year; term time only. Benefits associated with this role include ongoing training and a great induction, staff parties and seasonal events!
