Are you a Machine Operator, stuck in a rut and looking for your next position, a position which offers the opportunity for career progression and within state of the art facilities?
We are recruiting for a number of Multi Skilled Operators to join a brand new, state of the art site for a global supplier and solutions provider to the foodservice, in-store bakery and retail marketplaces, whose clients include Starbucks and Costa!

As one of the successful new team members, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are manufactured to a safe and legal standard in line with the customer's quality standards.
You will be ensuring that all production requiemtns are met, and that machines outputs are maximised at all times, whilst keep materials waste down to a mimimum through the effective and efficient machine operation.
Ther keys areas of the role will include:
- 1st line maintenance tasks
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical machine issues
- Utilising AX D365
This position would be ideal for someone who is a team player and really enjoys motivating and sharing their knowledge with others!
You will also use your previous experience and knowledge to pass onto, mentor and develop the team, allowing them to also become as multi-skilled as you and oversee and record any training and take a key role in championing continuous improvement programmes. Being the communication channel to the line manager, keeping them informed of any issues as and when they arise, you will also conduct effective shift handovers and ensure all paperwork is completed to meet egal requirements.

The salary is £20,405 per annum with an uplift for night shifts.
Am I right for the role?
Previous experience in operating machinery in a manufacturing/production setting is of course a necessity, but you will also have an aspiration to lead and help others.
