We are looking for 2 Machine Operators to join our highly reputable filtration client based in New Milton. If you have previous experience as a Machine Operator this role may be for you! The ideal candidate is someone with an adaptive nature, can quickly change what they're doing at short notice and willing to follow strict Health & Safety requirements as you would be working in a clean room environment. You will be tasked with working on multiple machines, manufacturing filtration and separations products.

The package:
This role is paying up to £13.75 an hour depending on experience. The later shift will see an uplift to £17.19 an hour for later hours. With additional benefits being: free parking on site, company pension scheme, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, discount voucher scheme and much more…

The shifts: We have one role working on days. This will be 6:00am to 3:00pm everyday. The second role is working later shifts, 3:00pm to 12:00am Monday to Thursday and 11:00am to 4:00pm on Fridays.

What do you need?

• Previous Machine Operative experience.
• Adhering to strict Health & Safety requirements.
• An adaptive mindset with the ability to change what you're doing quickly.
• Self-accountable and self-manageable for your own workload.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
• A keen attitude to get work done on time and correctly.
