Skills and experience All you will need for this role is experience in Operating machinery in a production environment. If you happen to have experience with CNC machinery as well, then this job would be perfect.
Of course, being an experienced Machine Operator, you will be able to work to high standards, and being able to quality check your own working using various hand measuring tools would be highly advantageous. This is because you will be producing interesting products on your machine for a variety of industries. Working to these tight tolerances and high standards will improve both the accuracy and quality of your work.
The role This is a straight permanent job starting immediately and offers the possibility of progression. This is a fantastic opportunity to show your skillset and join a friendly local engineering company as a Machine Operator. Please note we have 2 positions available.
The package The hourly pay for this role is a basic rate of £8.50ph PAYE, increasing to £8.70 after successful completion of probation. You will be welcomed in on the day shift which is working 7.30-4.30 Monday to Thursday and 7:30 - 12:30 Fridays, with plenty of overtime available.
