Job Description

Do you have experience as a Maintenance Engineer with FMCG environments? Are you skilled both electrically and mechanically, with knowledge of PLC controls? If so, this role is for you!

This Maintenance Engineer position is based in Chandlers Ford and is offering a 4 on 4 off shift pattern. It is day shifts which are 12 hours, 7am to 7pm. The Maintenance Engineer position is paying a salary of up to £47,850.

This Maintenance Engineer position is working for a leading manufacturer in the UK. This is a great opportunity to contribute to their success.

This Maintenance Engineer position is to ensure and support production, enabling the processes to run as smoothly as possible. There will be elements of both reactive and preventative PPM. The maintenance will be both mechanical and electrical, with the use of PLCs to fault find. Installing and servicing production equipment is also an aspect of this position. This Maintenance Engineer will also need to comply to Quality and H&S policies/procedures.

What you will need:

• Experience as a Maintenance Engineer, ideally within FMCG environments.

• Experience and knowledge with both mechanical and electrical maintenance

• Experience with PLC controls - Siemans or Allen & Bradley is preferrable

• Eye for detail and quality

• Exceptional time management

• Willing and able to lift production and process equipment
