This Maintenance Technician position, working for a Rubber Moulding company in Aldershot is an exciting opportunity. They are offering working hours of Monday to Thursday 7:00am to 16:30pm, with an early finish of 12pm on a Friday! The role is also paying around £30,000 dependent on experience.
This family run company specialise in the manufacture of technical bespoke rubber mouldings and products. Based in Aldershot, they have been operating for over 50 years, providing innovation to a number of industries such as Aerospace, Military and Medical.
This Maintenance Technician position will have a variety of responsibilities within their role. They will be required to perform maintenance in different areas such as machinery and building. There is also an element of tool refining and sharpening for the lathes and mills. This is a great opportunity as the company are happy to train the right candidate. For a candidate with the attitude to learn, this is a perfect opportunity for training and to start a career, as training will be provided in all areas. From building maintenance, to the CNC machines, to the production machinery, training is provided!

You will need:
- Good knowledge of electrical engineering
- Experience within maintenance or a relevant qualification
- A willingness to learn
- To have exceptional communication and teamwork skills
- Excellent time management and organisation
