Job Description
Are you a well experienced Manual Machinist looking for a new role? If you're an experienced manual machinist who is keen to apply your career experience elsewhere working standard hours of Monday to Friday 0730 to 1630 - 37.5 hours week then I want to speak with you now!
Being a manual role, the equipment is all dated, yet is still more than capable of providing onsite tooling and machining of parts for the business, which serves the aerospace industry. This role pays up to £17 an hour - a salary of £33,150.

You would work alongside the retiring manual machinist and be supported by another colleague within the department.
Based in Segensworth just off junction 9 of the M27 opposite Whiteley, you'll be involved with repairing parts using manual lathes and milling machines and producing small tooling as and when needed.
What do I Need?
- Proven experience of using manual machines
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings
- Knowledge of tools such as callipers for accurate measuring
- Good physical strength to lift heavy items and work with manual machinery
