This role will be to support the production operations and NPI manufacturing readiness through continuous improvement and productivity optimisation whilst supporting on time delivery. Using Lean Six Sigma methodologies , value stream mapping, processing mapping, PFMEA you will lead and conduct manufacturing plans.
The Package:
Monday- Friday flexible working hours, 37.5 hours per week, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension contribution, £45,000pa. 1 year FTC.
What do you need?
- Degree in engineering
- Lean Six Sigma experience green belt
- Clean Room experience
- NPI and Continuous improvement and value stream mapping
- Experience in leading others.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
