Capital Expenditure role on overseeing a manufacturing sites plant equipment and maintenance operations, paying from £60000 up to £80000, a rare and exciting opportunity due to retirement, read on to learn more!

The site employs almost 200, are well established and always invest heavily in training and supporting all staff and recruits. The intention is for the successful candidate to become a long serving successful professional with them moving forwards.
As a CapEx Projects Manager, your main purpose will be to oversee the progress of capital expenditure projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You will have the chance to showcase your leadership skills by supervising a talented team of Specialist Engineers and project implementation experts. Your role will involve coordinating project activities, monitoring the development of junior team members, and reporting on key performance indicators relevant to engineering projects.
What do I need?
- Good experience working closely with engineering operations, ideally in a manufacturing setting.
- You must possess a strong understanding of cost control and budget management.
- Have relatable and demonstrable CapEx project experience already.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively influence.
- A continuous improvement mindset coupled with positivity.
