Job Description
Manufacturing Technician Engineer specialising in plating!
You will be working for a friendly aerospace company on a short term contract to help move a recent project over the line.
Working in the manufacturing/finishing department you will be operating an automated plating line with other engineers to achieve the perfect finish on the product. You will be utilising chemical processes such as anodizing and black dye finish alongside alocrom plating.
You will have a strong background in plating, chrome plating, surface treatment or chemical processing to work within the manufacturing/finishing department. Alongside plating, you will be able to interpret engineering drawings to understand the aerospace plating specifications.
This position will see you work 37 hours on either an early OR late shift for the duration with an attractive hourly rate of £13.93ph.
