We currently have an excellent opportunity for Marketing Assistant to join the existing team with the opportunity to get stuck in from day 1.
This is a permanent role with a generous basic salary of £24,000 - £26,000 as well as excellent benefits including additional holiday days, flexi-time and a social area (including foosball table!)
What they want from you -
The ideal candidate will have a background of 3+ years within a B2B marketing role. You will need to have broad marketing experience with a good understanding of digital techniques. A proven track record of events/exhibition coordination is a must and experience within coordinating activities for teams and departments.
You will need strong administrative and communication skills and be a quick learner (able to learn new technologies, software or skills with ease). Knowledge of working on Adobe Creative Suite/Cloud (In-Design, Photoshop) and Premier Pro or Equivalent.
What you will be doing -
Within your role, you will be responsible for all management of the MarCom assets required for specific events and campaigns. This will include the creation of MarCom briefing documents to capture the Marcom requirements for the delivery team, and the creation and management of video content.
You will produce and coordinate activities in support of exhibitions and events, and be responsible for the management of demonstration stock and logistics. You will also communicate with all stakeholders for scheduling and reporting of event activities and coordinate the organisers, suppliers and associated stakeholders.
You will need to collect, analyse and report on marketing data for Management and Stakeholder communication, maintain the departmental KPI's, and support the Marketing Manager with upkeep of plans and schedules.
Lastly, you will need to maintain and develop the education of brand culture aligned with appropriate internal business, stakeholders, suppliers, partners and suppliers.
