Material Handler, Waterlooville
This job would see you working in an engineering environment, for a company which fabricates parts for the telecommunications industry. Your role would be to help pick, pack and load metal parts or tools and assist in moving them from one part of the site to another. You will play a key role in ensuring the welders, fabricators and fitters all get what they need when they need it. A physical role, but it will see you working as part of a strong and dynamic team.
This engineering company is a key player in British Telecommunications, and have projects ranging from the O2 Arena to the M27 Smart Motorway. Buzzing with activity but with a real tight-knit feel, this company looks after its workers and is keen to help you reach your potential. As noted above, training and development may well be provided (requirement depending) which includes forklift driving and operating.
This is a day shift role (08:00 to 16:30) and will see you working on-site. It is a physical role, but rewarding. Based in Waterlooville, this role is a stone's through from the A3 and therefore easy to commute to from Portsmouth or Cosham.
