We are seeking a Team Leader reporting to the Process Focus Team Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Assembly Operators. You will ensure that all processes and activities are executed to the expected and targeted level. This involves contact with key stakeholders, working in close cooperation with related functions, and reporting of KPIs. You are resilient and have a collaborative approach. You have supervisory and team leader skills, with the ability to motivate and develop others. You have a good understanding of customer deliverables and the impact of poor quality. You are a decisive and proactive person, with great communication skills. You are motivated by driving continuous improvement.

Working Monday to Friday on the day shifts. Paying upto £32,233.50pa

What do you need?

• Experience of people management
• Good knowledge of manufacturing practices
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing is desirable
• Experience with Health and Safety
• Excellent communication skills
• Mechanical Assembly experience
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
