Job Description

Do you have medical instrumentation Field Service Engineering experience? If so then we have a UK wide Field Service Engineer role on to manage installations, maintain equipment and be well involved with providing technical support to the customers. Paying up to 45k + bonus and with another level of competency to aim for and management down the line to aim for this is a rare and enticing opportunity!

We're seeking candidates who can already demonstrate that they have a few years of Field Service Engineering experience already and are of course happy to be flexible and customer facing. Travel is UK wide, sometimes to Europe and with their customer base it would suit someone living in/or close to London. The role will be conducting routine maintenance of medical instrumentation, identify problems and fix be it physical or software and provide technical support to the customer where necessary.

So what Do I Need?

  • Already experienced within the medical instrumentation industry (at least 3 years).
  • Proven experience already within a Field Based Service Engineer role.
  • Fantastic customer-facing/communication skills, warm, personable, positive.
  • To be physically capable of standing for several hours on the job, able to lift up to 15kg in weight.
  • Ideally having a degree or relating technical certification(s).
