Due to high demand we are looking to recruit Children's and or Young People's and Adult Support Workers. We can provide you with a choice of work settings throughout HAMPSHIRE from in and surrounding Portsmouth through to Southampton. The work settings can range from Children's homes to Outreach, Family Centres, Supported living, Homeless Foyers and so much more.

You will ideally possess previous experience of working with, or studying, vulnerable children/young people or within the mental health sector, who have had to face a number of traumatic issues or may struggle with substance misuse which could lead to exhibiting challenging behaviour and emotional difficulties.

However, we will consider no experience if you are looking to start a career in this sector providing you consider yourself to be emotionally resilient, patient and empathetic. Understanding the need for consistency in your approach and to provide safe boundaries is of paramount importance.*
