Skills and experience: -
You will need to have a good working knowledge of various machines and be confident in your abilities to use CNC Bending machines efficiently and accurately. The two main bending machines in use are the Eurobend and the Arkus 12, although any additional machine knowledge will be highly beneficial.
Of course, being a bending machinist, you will be able to work to mechanical drawings, and being able to quality-check your own working using various hand measuring tools would be highly advantageous, as you will be producing interesting products on your new machines for the Marine industry. Even if you feel that you don't quite have the skills, do get in touch. This company is renowned for investing in and training their staff, so it could be the lucky break you're after to develop fitting/fabricating skills into niche CNC machining ability.
